STEVE HALLOWAY

Steve has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018.  He is retired Air Force and Retired Civil Service.  Steve serves as Treasurer, oversees the building committee and assists the Street Outreach Team.

CHRISTINE KNUDSON

CK has been a Board member since April 2023.  She retired from the Air Force after completing 28 years of service. She oversees the Outreach Team, including the monthly Operation Stand Downs (OSDs), is our Volunteer Coordinator, and assists on the building committee.

BRITTANY TEAGUE

Brittany has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2019.  She is a licensed counselor and is responsible for Program and Resident policies.

CHRIS DE LA GARZA

Chris is a founding member of Base Camp Lindsey and currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors.  Chris has over 20 years in Social Services in Wichita Falls and is a proud Military Brat of both the Army and Navy.

EDNA BINGHAM STEWART

Edna joined the team in 2023.  She is a licensed counselor at North Texas State Hospital. She is in charge of public relations and a vital member of the outreach program

SMSGT BRYON WALTON

Bryon Walton has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2023. He is currently serving on active duty in the Air Force. Bryon assists with media creation and fundraising events.
